  1. What is your in-game name? Mo_Hackman Which player(s) do you want to report? Haeder_Smith When did the rulebreak happen? 10/08/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? Filch Deadlock What happened? (quote what rule was broken) Random rob - I was knocked by someone else by accident, then Haeder drives in and robs me of a large amount of acetone and some flares. He /q-ed immediately after. Someone nearby said that he was ban-evading, and if he is, he will likely get banned anyw
  2. The volunteer didn't shoot me to death - He was in range of witnessing, but he wasn't involved in the sit. He came afterwards and /robbed me of items that he had no claim to, even in the context of seizing - that's random robbing.
  3. What is your in-game name? Mo_Hackman Which player(s) do you want to report? Heric_Leroy When did the rulebreak happen? 08/08/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? Thomas Saito, Leonardo Stokes, Sam Woods. Odane Cole, Thomas Vincenzo, Tay Smith and quite a few others. What happened? (quote what rule was broken) PGing : this one is sort of grey - he has been constantly hanging near GS9 without interacting with me or even being anywhere near me to wait for me to pull out an
  4. I have yet to hear anything, should I take this up on a refund request?
  5. You're completely missing the core argument: The one thing you want to stop is stop random aiding, this actively restricts IC alliances from participating. Wouldn't it just make more sense to only allow people to aid if they are in a criminal group not marked as an enemy group? Or just removing the limit of 3 scripted allies? The server basically functions with 2 main alliances anyway, which have already been established through IC means. If you want to break up the duopoly, why are you only hindering their ability to capture turfs? This doesn't bear any relevance to the issu
  6. But... it is... in the General section....
  7. What is your in-game name? Mo_Hackman Which player(s) do you want to report? Sam_Mar When did the rulebreak happen? 07/18/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? Odane_Cole What happened? (quote what rule was broken) Player was excessively toxic, taking advantage of the fact that no admins were around (dropping hard R n word OOC) Carjacking (which led to Odane dying) Random robbing Odane after he was killed DMing me with the M4 he random robbed Very blatant
  8. Any updates? I just want my meth back.
  9. Ah heck. If that is the case then I must have been really triggered at the time. Sorry for wasting your time - feel free to close the report.
  10. There were snipers shooting beforehand, and they already had guns out - I was not hit by a sniper but I know for definite that Arabella was.
  11. This doesn't make any mention of the biggest factor - hackers and banevaders. They cause so much damage and banning them does absolutely nothing - they will just come back with another account. This is made even worse due to the slow if not non-existent response from admins which just enables these trolls further.
  12. What is your in-game name? Mo_Hackman Which player(s) do you want to report? A series of Jatts, Frosts and Magaddinos When did the rulebreak happen? 07/12/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? Pretty much every Balla online at the time. What happened? (quote what rule was broken) Shootout was instigated without any RP beforehand, no reason to engage other than "not allies" - start out by sniping us when we arent engaging with them, and then storming us and gloating about how
  13. Interesting, I absolutely agree. In fact, I believe most players would read that and say they agree. But the issue here lies in the fact that these rules sound consistent but they aren't enforced consistently. Every part will be taken to some degree of interpretation to the point where even admins would disagree on what the rule would constitute. The fact of the matter is that a lot of players aren't on the server to create an interesting RP experience. They are here to "win". That would usually mean that the player would be looking to empower themselves both on the gameplay level and
  14. Damn, I didn't even think to mention how much cops love to hang around GS9, sometimes baiting criminals (Got one very specific cop in mind who shall remain nameless). 17 in a single day. Jesus. I guess that really goes to show how bad (a fair amount of) cops in Mudoo are at de-escalation (seems dangerously close to reality), but the system enables them to profit over crime, so hey, why not start some shootouts. But it simply isn't fun for the majority of participants when you are just looking to win and not actually engage with anyone. I wanna just chill at GS9 with the homies and practice R
