He's got a point here. Not the part about it being shit RP but looking for drugs at a mafia. You should try gangs for that kind of RP fam. Edit: The way you wanted to obtain drugs you should contact gangs, I mean contacting mafia for insane batches of drugs isn't anything weird.
  2. Well, something seems to be wrong then. I've seen tags from BCR, TIM and somebody of GVA.
  3. So basically everybody has access to the graffitis and that's annoying as fuck. People spray walls with 'Bone County Resistance' or 'The Irish Mob', I mean why would these group even spend time on graffitis, especially mob. Shouldn't these groups keep a low profile afterall? Also people misuse graffiti's alot by placing their names all over the wall, for example: 'John was here'. It's basically the billboard shitshow all over again but this time it's free and on a smaller display. I mean the main reason why graffiti's were asked by the community to be implemented in the first place is to initiate contact / beef with rival gangs not for names or mafia's. This is my take on it and I wonder how the rest thinks of this. Should graffiti's only be for gangs or should it be accessible for all? DISCLAIMER: For the groups mentioned in this topic, this is not something (personal) directed at you. These are just examples.
  4. How will this be measured and who is responsible for it? As in who will check if you are indeed affiliated with someone or some group?
  5. What is your in-game name? Luis Benitez Which player(s) do you want to report? Adam Eira When did the rulebreak happen? 07/21/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? Ezabila Braydon What happened? (quote what rule was broken) /q'ed after being killed to avoid being robbed. Evidence Ezabila Braydon witnessed it.
  6. What is your in-game name? Luis Benitez Which player(s) do you want to report? Kazuto Walker When did the rulebreak happen? 07/09/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? None ( Terry Doyle ) What happened? (quote what rule was broken) I was DM'ed by Kazuto Walker that was equipped with a sniper. He shot me and Bobi Smrdis without any reason. Administration provided me with the ID of the person that shot me. Evidence I recieved a wtpanic. [18:26:48] *** [2 | 6661] Emilio Valentin pressed his panic button at Come-A-Lot, Las Venturas As I went to investigate this panic button not knowing what was going on, I noticed alot of cops at the casino's in LV. I was with Bobi Smrdis and myself on a Sanchez. As we passed the LS -LV tolls and came closer to the situation we decided to back off from the situation because an active shootout just ended there. We took a huge turn away and decided to watch from a distance. To put the distance between the shootout and our spot in display I'll provide a picture down below. (As you can see in the picture, the Sanchez is where we were standing however we unfortunately still got DM'ed. Also the cars in the distance is where the shootout took place, you can see the cop cars.) I am aware that responding to a wtpanic involves answering to a threat however, neither did I or Bobi approach the shootout or did we participate in it. We also never pulled out guns (afaik cops can't even shoot at people if they don't pull out guns) or form a threat to the cops having the shootout, we remained seated on the Sanchez the whole time even after eating sniper bullets in the hope that the cops would stop shooting. ATTENTION: Throughout this whole ordeal neither did Bobi or I step off of the Sanchez, so Kazuto had no reason to suspect us of shooting with a sniper back or such whilst he was firing at us (he saw us sitting on the bike). My witness for this is Terry Doyle, he saw where I died after I made a support ticket. He saw that I was knocked on top of the Sanchez, which happens when you die in a vehicle. In conclusion; I believe this is a clear case of pure DM as there was no reason to attack me or Bobi. We were passing by and kept a moderately fair distance from the whole situation but still got killed which would only be possible by usage of a sniper. Also after knocking us they didn't even bother to come near us and confirm we were a threat, after getting knocked Kazuto just drove off in the distance. Kazuto is a dark blue officer aswell so I believe he must know that this isn't how you're supposed to react to unarmed civilians not posing a threat.
  7. What is your in-game name? Luis Benitez Which player(s) do you want to report? Dajon Hawley & Sami Benali When did the rulebreak happen? 07/08/2020 Which players did witness the rulebreak happening? Nobody What happened? (quote what rule was broken) I was standing in idlewood and got shoot up by these two. No background roleplay whatsoever, never met them before. They didn't say anything either. Evidence [18:26:17] You have suffered severe injuries and passed out. [18:26:17] After 120 seconds, you can "/accept death" if you wish to give up on life. (( Luis_Benitez: boys? )) (( Luis_Benitez: why are you dming me for? )) [18:26:51] * Sami Benali robs a(n) Shotgun from Luis Benitez. [18:27:04] * Sami Benali robs a(n) Desert eagle from Luis Benitez.
  8. This topic shouldn't only be focused on what's happening in Idlewood. You can clearly see that other people are experiencing the same issues. Banning volunteers would be an option but then again it's extreme. Instead make 'the volunteers' actual volunteers, don't hand them weapons only a baton and spray and a radio. If they need an actual cop on the scene they should ask for backup or a supervisor AND THESE OFFICERS SHOULD BE THE EXAMPLE. To come back to the point what Leonardo said is true, there needs to be education. For example many times I got suspected for 'attempt to do a crime'* (also troopers doing this), shouldn't cops specify the crime people are suspected for in the first place? This seems like a flaw in the education aswell. Cops should be punished for baiting civilians, it's a problem that happens and should also be enforced. * [02:57:51] Gerard_Stewart (8) suspected you of SA-PSC § VII.1. Attempt to do a crime Happend just today, keep in mind that this is not a volunteer.
