Federal Bureau of Investigation is an official establishment under the house of Congress and the White House, and as part of the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation is an organization of top level intelligence and law enforcement authority to bring those who violate the public security code or the constitution to justice. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is a fact gathering organization, using advanced technologies and our highly trained agents to gather information, combat criminals and organized crime, protect you, the citizens of the country and prevent catastrophic events induced by criminals from occurring.

The FBI consists of brave and experienced agents, who serve the country with fidelity, bravery and integrity in the most challenging of situations and most crucial times of public safety and national security. "We are a fact-gathering organization only. We don't clear anybody. We don't condemn anybody". - J. Edgar Hoover. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is always growing, with the threats of domestic terrorism, gang violence and hostage situations on the rise, we look for the brave and the honorable to step up and serve the United States in the gravest of situations, protect the constitution and uphold it. There is no other organization like the Federal Bureau of Investigation, our training is specialized and designed to promote failure in which our cadets learn from to become better when it really counts, in the field. No. 0001

Dated: 6th of September, 2018

Subject: Opening Announcement

From: Office of the Director

Dear citizens of the State of San Andreas, we are here to make a major announcement. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has expanded its field of operation to the State of San Andreas. Having said that, the FBI purchased two buildings to serve as an office in San Fierro and Las Venturas, and one building to serve as the headquarters, in Los Santos. The buildings are named after the honorable people who gave their life for the FBI and in past, led it with dignity, honor and dedication. The Los Santos headquarter is named Fernando R. Rivera, following with San Fierro office named Jaaskaa R. Kolta, and Las Venturas office named Castor Troy. This announcement means that the Federal Bureau of Investigation began to operate in this state, and will closely cooperate with the other agencies in order to enforce the law, break criminal organizations, prevent catastrophic events induced by criminals, and bring justice, to those who are victims of crimes. The FBI works for you, the citizens of San Andreas, and answers to the Congress and the President. If you are a victim or a witness of a crime, or have information of any criminal organizations, feel free to approach one of the FBI's offices throughout the three cities, and tell us what you know. We issue money rewards for quality information and evidence.

We hope this will be a good journey and that we will satisfy the public with our work, even though hatred is expected due to the nature of our work, which requires integrity most of all, and enforcing the law to all those who break it, we still seek for cooperation with anybody that wishes to cooperate with us, and protect anybody that feels threatened. We are here for you, think for yourself, and be here for us.

No. 0004

Dated: 3rd of August, 2019

Subject: FBI - SAFD Memorandum

From: Office of the Director

The FBI recognizes San Andreas Fire Department as a crucial partner and a fundamental agency in the State of San Andreas. It is an absolute necessity for a state to have a professional and capable Fire Department which can provide advanced technical aid in various incidents and accidents, emergency medical aid in emergency situations with injuries and conduct various preventive actions to promote safety and security in San Andreas. In order to give the Fire Department a higher importance, the FBI sent the Fire Department a memorandum for cooperation.

The cooperation the FBI offered was to provide Basic Life Support training to the FBI Agents and Operators from the Criminal Investigations and Special Response divisions. Considering that the FBI requires its members to be capable of providing Basic Life Support to those in life threatening situations, and when no other help is near by, this would be a good opportunity for cooperation between the FBI and the Fire Department.

The content of the memorandum can be seen below:

Dated July 23rd, 2019

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is satisfied by the recent activity and efforts shown in restructure of the San Andreas Fire Department. The FBI finds the Fire Department a crucial part of the Government Services in the state. It is necessary that all citizens have access to quality services that the Fire Department provides, from medical responses to technical and firefighting responses.

The FBI is willing to establish cooperation with the Fire Department on the field of medical aid. Considering that the FBI consists of a tactical team and an investigative team, both of whose members must be trained to provide basic life support in the necessary scenes, the FBI would like to send Trainee Agents and Cadets to the Fire Department for an educational course that teaches basic life support.

By such cooperation, the Trainee Agents and Cadets will gain knowledge and respect for the Fire Department and their duties and responsibilities in their respective field, whereas the Fire Department can use the opportunity to open basic life support courses for Law Enforcement Officers, not only from the FBI but also from the State Police of San Andreas.
