Player reports - Refunds

In some cases a player report also involves a certain loss on the side of the reporter. The management will attempt to refund these losses. If this did not happen and the valid report is closed/handled, you may contact the handling staff member or make a refund request. For certain losses extra conditions apply.


  • Scamming - In case of a valid scamming report, the loss (money given to the opponent) as well as the winnings will be refunded. This however is only possible if the opponent does have sufficient amount of money to cover both the loss and the winnings (which may include assets). If not, the management will only refund the full amount of the loss (money given to the opponent). In this case the opponent will loose all his money to keep the balance as good as possible.
